A supercell developed along a dryline near Childress, Texas around 3 PM on April 23, 2021. As this supercell tracked off to the east-southeast, this storm became tornado warned and was responsible for producing several tornadoes along it’s path between Childress, Texas and Vernon, Texas. The storm also produced large to very large hail, and very heavy rain. Hail stones the up to 2.0 inches in diameter were reported from this storm. The following video has several tornadoes that had touched down from it and also includes video of downed power lines as the storm crossed the road and some flooding from the town of Vernon, Texas.
