In Buckeye, AZ which is just west of the Phoenix metro area, the Rainbow Wash along Old Highway 80 experienced flash flooding with over 1500CFPS of run off from an inch of rain that fell up stream.
Footage includes the start of the flooding and ends with massive flooding across the roadway.
