Incoming bands from Hurricane Michael produced a cone shaped tornadic waterspouts off Siesta Key Beach this morning. One long clip of developing waterspout and it moving between Siesta and Lido Key in Sarasota Florida.

1) Waterspout developing and turning into a cone shaped funnel with a translucent condensation funnel to the water. The waterspout then moves behind beach front homes between Siesta Key and Lido Key.
