Raleigh, NC Snow storm overnight – 1/4/2018

The snowfall has begun in Raleigh, NC which is on the western edge of the winter storm system that is moving up the east coast. Footage shot in downtown Raleigh, NC where the city was a virtual ghost town with very few vehicles on the road or people out in the city.
