Nearly 3 feet of snow buries community of Smartville and surrounding homes with more snow on the way tonight and tomorrow! Footage of homes and cars buried under incredibly deep snow and residents trying to dig out. Roadside snow banks dwarf SUV’s! All of this snow fell in about 27 hours from lake effect off Lake Ontario.
