Early morning MCS with 78 MPH Winds (Airport measured) causes damage and power outages to the City of Marshalltown and neighboring Albion Iowa. The local utility crews are rushing to restore power to many parts of Marshalltown. Local police indicated that nursing homes and hospitals are running on backup generators.
