5/22/2015 Matheson, CO Hail Storm

An early start to what is shaping up to be an active 48 hours across eastern Colorado as storms fired across the Palmer Divide and dropped enough hail to cover US Highway 24 southwest of Limon early Friday afternoon. This is only a taste of things to come as more storms are expected later today and more so on Friday with the potential for more flooding rains, large hail, damaging winds, and even tornadoes.
