Extreme Sub Zero Temps St. Cloud, MN – 12/10/2019

Brutal cold air temps in the lower negative teens with wind chills of minus twenty five below Fahrenheit (-25 °F or -31 °C) turned Downtown Saint Cloud, MN into a virtual Ghost Town during the overnight almost nobody was out walking or driving around.

Footage shot around downtown Saint Cloud of the brutal sub zero cold weather of nearly empty road and digital signs showing the time and temp that ranged from -12°F to -17°F.

When the weather gets this cold, Black Ice from the frozen exhaust on the road surfaces can become a hidden hazard.
