After the snow ended stronger winds moved into Barron County Wisconsin. The winds caused blizzard like conditions for most of the afternoon. Many areas had whiteout to near whiteout conditions. Many of the back roads became impassable or nearly impassable. This video package shows the blizzard like conditions along with an nearly impassable road. Some of the footage was shot with the dash cam. While other parts were hand held. At times it was hard to standup. Wind gusts had to have been in the range of 40 to 45 MPH at times. The video package was shot from 1 to 8 miles east/northeast of the city of Rice Lake.
