Hurricane Florence Overnight in Wilmington NC – 9/13/2018

Hurricane Florence slowly comes ashore near Wilmington North Carolina at night. High winds whipped heavy rains past street lights, making for dramatic video, and very dangerous travel conditions.
Shot Description

SHOT 7: A sign begins to come apart during hurricane-force wind gusts.
SHOT 8: A US flag blows straight out in heavy wind & rain.
SHOT 9: Tight shot of rain and wind blowing past a light pole at night, then panning back to show police cars with flashing lights.
SHOT 10: A shot of a well-lit shopping center as strong winds & rain blow down the street.
