Piper Plane Crashed Right After Takeoff, South Beloit, IL 8/12/2018

A Piper PA-32R-300 airplane carrying three people crashed into a corn field just after take off from the Beloit Airport around 8:30 am on August 12, 2018 in South Beloit, IL.

Two people were conscious and taken via ATV to an ambulance and to the hospital, while a third was taken via ambulance to a waiting helicopter and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the crash is still under investigation but luckily everyone was able to walk away from this crash alive.
