The FEMA ship "Empire State" departs Key West headed to Puerto Rico to aid in the relief efforts for Hurricane Maria. The Empire State was sent to Key West for aid after Irma hit the Keys just 10 days ago and is now being sent to San Juan Puerto Rico for Maria. Contains time-lapse and normal footage from remote HD robotic camera. Shot Description 1) Full time lapse of entire capture as Empress of the Seas cruise ship is arriving at Dock B, the Empire State is departing the Navy Basin enroute to Puerto Rico. 2-8) Seven normal speed clips of the Empress of the Seas (white ship) and the Empire State (black ship) as the Empire State heads to Puerto Rico.
