During the early afternoon hours, TS Cindy was close to achieving landfall along the Louisiana coast. This video was taken of coastal flooding in the beach area from tropical rainfall and also showed a traveling motorist getting stuck in the hazardous weather conditions. This video was taken in the Holly Beach area.
