Footage of first strong Lake Effect Snow Storm of season hitting Watertown, NY as bands of heavy snow feed off Lake Ontario. Strong November cyclone bringing cold air over Great Lakes is causing great conditions for heavy lake effect snow. Lake Effect snow warnings are up over most of Upstate New York including Watertown. Areas around Watertown, including the Tug Hill Plateau are expected to get between 1-3 feet of snow between Sunday and Tuesday.
