Kansas City, Missouri rush hour was welcomed by multiple severe thunderstorm warnings, tornado warnings, and a flash flood warning this evening, Monday, July 6, 2015. A strong line of thunderstorms rolled through between 5p and 7p causing street flooding and backing up traffic throughout town. These storms dumped up to 3 inches of rain.
