Kansas City, Missouri has been experiencing summer like temperature at the beginning of September/Fall. Today, Sunday, September 8, 2013 was one of those days.
Not only were we just east of a heat advisory that was in Kansas, Kansas City Metro area was under an Air Quality Alert with 'Outdoor air quality index…or aqi…values in excess of 100 are expected with ozone being the primary pollutant.' With this in mind and feeling the heat when I was on my way south back to KCMO I noticed that the temperature around 530p was still up in the high 90's…so…I decided to stop and video tape people out and about in town.
