Following the back side of the low that caused Blizzard conditions in multiple states throughout the Midwest, Kansas City, Missouri had its share of the snow the morning of Thursday, December 20, 2012 following Thunderstorms the night before.
The rain that fell on December 19, 2012 laid the foundation for ice. Snow plows did what they could. People who were on the road caused long lines of traffic, where getting stuck on the road, even the metro buses were having trouble. One guy is talking on his phone without a headset, setting a bad example and what not to do on icy roads.
